Shipping in the EU
All of our shipments originate from Italy and for recipients within the European Union no customs duties, limits, or taxes are applied.
In this case, VAT tax on goods and shipping costs is applied and levied.

Shipping Outside of the EU
For all shipments going outside of the EU, customs duties, limits, and taxes are applied and their specifics vary widely. Each country has its own legislation and rules on the matter. In general, each individual country provides detailed information online regarding the rules of taxation. In particular, Italian VAT tax (of 22%) is not applied to the value of the goods or to the shipping costs. VAT tax is then usually requested directly upon delivery by the destination country (with an autonomously determined percentage). Shipments of very low value are often not taxed. Additionally, above a certain threshold (which varies from country to country), other costs like customs duties and carrier fees are often applied.

For information regarding the total amount of customs duties and eventual taxes, as well as the customs clearance procedures for goods, it is advisable to contact the relevant Customs Offices of the destination country.
