To purchase Bel-Fer products for personal use and not for resale, it is necessary to place an order online through the online store at belfershop.eu. Just select the desired products, add them to you shopping cart, and proceed with the purchase, completing the payment and providing the required information.

It is possible to modify or cancel an order up until the moment it is shipped. Once the package is shipped and the shipping confirmation e-mail has been received, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

It is possible to modify the address of an order up until the moment it is shipped. Once the package is shipped it is no longer possible to request a change of address, but the successful delivery will also depend on the courier.

If you are registered, you can view the details of your order in your personal area at any time.
If you placed an order without registering, you can view the details in the confirmation e-mail you received.

To receive an invoice, it is necessary to request it during the ordering process, before completing the payment. To do so, simply select “invoice” from among the available options.

PAYMENTS

The accepted payment methods are PayPal (for which it is not necessary to have an account), credit card, or wire transfer. Every payment method is secure and verified. For further information, please refer to the Payment Methods page.

If your payment did not go through, one of the following could be the reason:

  • Insufficient credit card balance
  • Did not pass security checks
  • Expired card

Possible solutions are: insert your data again, choose another payment method.

SHIPMENTS

Your order will be delivered to the address provided as the “shipping address” within 24-48 hours from the receipt of payment. Please note that deliveries to smaller islands and remote areas may take longer to arrive.

During holidays and periods of promotional initiatives, delivery times may be subject to delays.

In Europe the cost of shipping is €20 + VAT tax. For orders of over €200 shipping is free.

Bel-Fer ships worldwide, using national and international couriers that may vary depending on specific needs and requirements.
If your destination country is not listed among the countries available for delivery, do not hesitate to write to Customer Service, which will do its best to resolve any issues.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is registered in our system. It may take a few days before you receive further communication confirming the shipment. This time is needed to gather the products you ordered and pack them carefully to prevent breakage. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of delivery.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will also include the tracking number for your package and information about the courier who will be delivering it. For additional information on your delivery, we recommend entering your tracking number on the courier’s official website.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you have received a product that does not conform to the description of what you ordered or does not satisfy your needs, you can return the item that you received. If the return is due to a change of mind, then you must cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not as described, meaning it has imperfections or is damaged, then Bel-Fer will cover the return shipping costs. To make a return, you can contact our Customer Service, which will provide you with all the necessary information to return the merchandise.

Bel-Fer will credit the money only after receiving the product and ensuring its integrity. You will receive the refund through the same method you used to complete the payment.

If you receive a broken or defective product, please contact our Customer Support at ordini@belfershop.eu or via WhatsApp chat. You will be asked to send us photos to confirm the product’s non-conformity. It will be Bel-Fer’s decision to either replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund. It is your responsibility to report the defect and/or issue with the product within 30 days of receiving it.
