PayPal

In cases in which goods are purchased with PayPal as the payment method, PayPal will debit the purchase amount immediately upon completion of the online transaction.
In the event that the order is cancelled, either by the Customer or because it is not accepted by Bel-Fer, the amount associated with the cancelled merchandise will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account. The refund processing time within the PayPal account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the refund is credited to the PayPal account, under no circumstances can Bel-Fer be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the refund process which depend on PayPal or the banking system.

Bel-Fer reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (ex. landline phone number) to ascertain the actual ownership of the PayPal account. In the absence of the requested documentation, Bel-Fer reserves the right to not accept the order.

At no point during the purchase process is Bel-Fer able to access the Buyer’s credit card information or other payment methods chosen within the PayPal wallet.
