Right of Return

The sale of products via Internet is governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation grants Buyers the right to withdraw from contracts, allowing them to return the purchased product and receive a refund for the expenses incurred.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Buyer within 14 days of the receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Buyer within the aforementioned 14 days by sending explicit communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract via registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

The withdrawal notification must clearly state the intention to cancel the purchase, the order number, and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, attaching a copy of the purchase confirmation document.

The products for which the Buyer is exercising his/her right of withdrawal must be returned to the following address within fourteen days of the day on which the Buyer officially notifies the Seller of his/her desire to withdraw from the contract:

Shipping Costs for Returns

The return is accepted only if the product is intact, functional, in its original packaging without any missing parts, and still has all of the elements provided with the sale. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer as stipulated by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Once the return request has been received, BEL-FER will refund the entire amount paid by the Buyer within fourteen days of the date on which the Buyer exercised his/her right of withdrawal, using the same payment method as used by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
BEL-FER reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products which are the object of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to purchases made by companies or professionals with a VAT number.
